Hello family! I am hoping you will all leave comments here as to what is happening in your lives so that I can keep track of you all. I made this blog long ago but couldn't get into it when I tried again. But James came on Skype tonight [Sun 18th March 2012] and helped me, or at least he got back into it straight away and instructed me in what to do to operate it. THANKS JAMES! [Should have asked him a while ago!]
I hope I can read what you write IF/WHEN you write it because we don't seem to be as connected as I would like us to be, and I don't know how things are with you lot most of the time. That's not a complaint by the way! I will only give this blog address to family so what you write will be for family reading only. [That means some extended family too of course.]
Okay over to you now with my fingers crossed.

  1. Hello mother :) Here I am in NSW wishing I had my car. Not that keen on catching buses and I really want to go visit my old neighbour, and friend, Karen.
I've taken up ten pin bowling. The first night I was quite impressed with myself, but Saturday night was...um...how to best put it...a dismal failure. Didn't mind though, it's good to be getting out and having fun.
We've been looking for a new house to rent that's big enough for us all, and there are a couple that tick all the boxes. The latest one even has a lovely in-ground pool, so naturally I'm really liking the idea of that one. :)
Hope the rest of the family get on board with the blog. Was wondering if you have the ability to add a RSS feed button. It will probably be an option in your control panel. It would mean I could have a link to your blog sitting on my browser bar and just click on that to be able to read the posts. It's what I do for Emma's blog.
    Love you...Merrin

  3. Hell Granny,

I made profiteroles the other weekend and turned them into a giant tower,(well not very giant, but it sounds more dramatic)filled with cream and drowned in chocolate. Some even had custard in them, which while tasted nice warm, were a little disappointing cold. I've also begun work on "Buzzy Bumble Bee." I just have to finish inking and colouring him, then the story is finally complete and you shall have it.

    Ta-ta, Tilda
