Well, thanks Merrin and Matilda. Sorry about your car sitting in my driveway and not here Merrin, but it won't be long and you will have it. Just think how walking will help you get fit. I thought I should check your old letterbox on Friday and fished a letter out and started home, looked at it and it was for the new people! Quickly retraced my steps and put it in the box. There is no one ther yet, should I check box again and sift through other people's mail? Or maybe drop a note in asking if they will put any mail for you in my box? Or nothing?

Tilda, I am so proud of you resurrecting Buzzy Bee! I will look forward eagerly to meeting him again!!! I have had some very complimentary remarks about the "Joycat" pic!

Hello family! I am hoping you will all leave comments here as to what is happening in your lives so that I can keep track of you all. I made this blog long ago but couldn't get into it when I tried again. But James came on Skype tonight [Sun 18th March 2012] and helped me, or at least he got back into it straight away and instructed me in what to do to operate it. THANKS JAMES! [Should have asked him a while ago!]
I hope I can read what you write IF/WHEN you write it because we don't seem to be as connected as I would like us to be, and I don't know how things are with you lot most of the time. That's not a complaint by the way! I will only give this blog address to family so what you write will be for family reading only. [That means some extended family too of course.]

New Try

Here I am trying something new; well, they say one is never to old to do that!I hope you will all respond in kindness by putting anything interesting you have done, thought, found funny [or otherwise].
I don't even care if it's not interesting but just a good hello to everyone. I think it could be a way our family can keep in touch without any inconvenience.
So I'm celebrating being an Aussie by"having a go" as Aussies do. Join me in that eh? That means ANYONE in the family and EVERYONE in the family! I look forward to reading!
